Dundee is a developing City, receiving national praise for its re-generation with the V&A Museum and waterfront development at its core.  Described in the Wall Street Journal as ‘Scotland’s Coolest City’.  Prospective purchasers are investing in prestigious property rentals in Broughty Ferry and the West End, or larger development areas sold in Douglas, Fintry and Menzieshill.  The City provides some of the highest yields in Scotland and with an ever-increasing rental market, provides an excellent base for both individual and portfolio Landlords.

Arbroath Harbour


The more rural County of Angus is recognised for its beauty and tourist appeal. Centered around the towns of Forfar, Kirriemuir, Montrose and Arbroath. Along the coast, from Monifieth to Carnoustie the area is famed for its golf courses, while heading North to Brechin and Edzell, the rental market attracts a high number of commuters.



Northern Fife

Northern Fife is dominated by the world-famous St Andrews. In addition to many holiday lets for the numerous lets for courses, the town, together with Guardbridge and Kinghorn is predominantly populated by students lets with over one third of the population being students.

The historic town of Cupar, demonstrates rental market positivity across the north coast, the villages provide a range across Tayport, Newport, Wormit and Newburgh of commuting properties to Dundee and Perth, giving rental returns closely aligned to City expectations.


Southern Fife

The industrial heartland, with a sprawling range of towns and villages.  Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes have particularly benefited from the Edinburgh overspill bringing significant increase to rental values.  The smaller adjoining towns of Lochgelly, Cowdenbeath, Rosyth and Burntisland have seen the quality and quantity of their rental housing increase.
