Identify Appropriate Property
Should you need assistance in identifying investment properties we will find appropriate on or off market investment opportunities which suit your personal requirements. We can easily arrange to view properties on your behalf and forward our recommendations as to whether to pursue or not. Having been involved in the property market locally for over 20 years, we will be able to offer impartial advice on what is potentially a good investment, and which is not. Following this, if required, we can put you in touch with legal support who will conduct all conveyancing at a pre-agreed fixed price.
Investors who are experienced in the property market will know that appropriate advice and guidance, refurbishment projects can become a money pit and a drain on your budget. Minor cosmetic improvements, such as decoration is relatively straight forward to cost, however, the inexperienced may face excessive charges with major improvements such as kitchens or re-structuring rooms. In such situations, we can project manage the entire refurbishment, including furnishing. The work is conducted by reputable tradesmen at a reduced cost.
Having completed the project, we will then use our contacts and invaluable range of advertising portals to let the property, as soon as possible. Using the most comprehensive screening process, we will ensure you have the highest calibre of tenants available. Our Letting Team will then monitor the tenancy management of it, with periodic checks of your property, rent collection, all maintenance and repairs to protect and ultimately enhance the value of your investment.
