BETTER LETTING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We advertise our properties on all meaningful websites and platforms, maximising the exposure of all potential Tenants. We are one of the very few companies who still insists on demand by our fully managed staff and this often includes evenings and weekends.
For all Landlords, we do not hide behind a ‘Corporate Office’ with nameless call handlers or a centralised call centre. We are available by telephone or email. We don’t lose sight of the importance of face-to-face contact and are always happy to meet a Landlord or potential Investor. We are happy to ‘Skype/Facetime’ for our International Clients, or otherwise, if face-to-face contact is not possible.
We rigidly monitor all maintenance and ensure all changes are consistently audited. For us, at Rentlocally Tayside and Fife, maintenance is not solely focused on essential repairs, but also preventable maintenance. Ensuring that your property investment is fully protected.
With our bespoke cloud-based system, Landlords can go ‘live’ in the IT world, and view in ‘real time’ all activity related to their property.
This includes income, expenditure, Certification, periodic Review Reports and Tenancy Statistics.

If you elect to use our most popular service, we will help advise on setting up the property. Subsequently we will advertise, screen potential tenants, conduct pre-move in interviews, prepare a comprehensive inventory, attend regular periodic property visits, maintain as required, and ensure check-out is returned to move-in condition.
Guaranteed Rent Service
In addition to being Fully Managed, Landlords have the option to pay an additional Guaranteed Rent Service. In essence this delivers a 'complete peace of mind' service for those who are seeking to minimise any element of risk.
